Terms of Service
By using Presumption you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the product.
1. The service
Presumption is an autonomous business vehicle: you set an objective and our AI agents plan, execute, and optimize work toward it. The service is provided "as is" and may evolve as we improve it.
2. Your responsibility
You remain the owner of your business and its decisions. You are responsible for the objectives you set, the approvals you give, and complying with the laws that apply to your business.
3. Autonomous actions
Presumption acts on your behalf within the constraints you define. Actions that spend money or commit you externally require your approval unless you explicitly delegate that authority.
4. Connected accounts
When you link a third-party account such as Gmail or Outlook, Presumption accesses it through that provider's official authorization and only to perform the work you configure. You can disconnect any account at any time, and we never store your account password.
5. Your data
Your business data is yours. We use it only to operate and improve the service for you, and we never sell it.
6. No guaranteed outcomes
We work continuously toward your objective, but we cannot guarantee revenue, growth, or any specific business result.
