Presumption is an autonomous business vehicle. To run your business on your behalf, it needs to understand your business. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
1. Information you give us
We collect the objectives, constraints, and approvals you provide, along with the business information you connect or upload so our agents can plan and act for you.
2. Information from connected accounts
When you authorize a third-party service such as Gmail or Outlook, Presumption receives only the access needed to perform the automations you configure — for example reading a contact or sending an email you approve. Access is granted through the provider's official OAuth flow, is scoped to what your automations require, and can be revoked by disconnecting the account at any time.
3. Information our agents generate
As Presumption works, it produces plans, content, outreach, experiments, and results. That operational memory is kept with your business so it can learn and improve over time.
4. How we use it
We use your information to operate and optimize the service for you — to plan, execute, analyze, and improve the work our agents do toward your objective. We do not sell your data, ever.
5. Who can see it
Access is limited to the people and systems that need it to run the service for you. Service providers we use are bound by confidentiality and may only process data on our behalf.
6. Your choices
Your business data is yours. You can review, export, or request deletion of your information through the request-access channel, and you set the constraints that govern how far Presumption may act on its own.
7. Keeping it secure
We protect your information with encryption in transit and at rest, connection credentials are encrypted before they are stored, and we limit internal access to the smallest set of systems and people necessary.
